You have just as much right as they do. In fact, maybe you should get a fence AND a great dane that can reach over the fence to eat the neighbor’s flowers. Seriously though, have fun with your yard, it’s something you have been missing out on with living in the city. Pete is working on establishing a garden this year. Jodi
